Changing the L'Etape Slovenia jersey due to the wrong size
Jersey exchange from 22 to 25 November 2022 from 4 to 6 pm in selected Hervis stores
All participants of L'Etape Slovenia, who filled out the application form for jersey exchange in October, are hereby informed that the exchange will take place from 22 to 25 November 2022 in selected Hervis stores, from 4 to 6 p.m. according to the following schedule:
- Tuesday, 22. 11. 2022: Hervis Ljubljana, Center Citypark – ground floor, Moskovska street 4, 1000.
- Wednesday, 23. 11. 2022: Hervis Maribor Europark, Pobreška 18, 2000 Maribor.
- Thursday, 24.11. 2022: Hervis Supernova Kranj, Cesta 1. maja, 77 Qlandia, 4000 Kranj.
- Friday, 25.11. 2002: Hervis Supernova Novo mesto, Otoška street 5, Qlandia, 8000 Novo mesto.
Jersey change process
Bring the received jersey in the wrong size with you in the original packaging and with the label. Changing the jersey is only possible in person and upon presentation of a valid ID with a photo. Pick-up for another person will not be possible. You will only be able to pick up the new jersey in the size you indicated on the form, unfortunately it will not be possible to change the size further.
Please note that jersey exchange is only possible for those participants of the Sunday L'Etape Slovenia cycling event who have filled out the online jersey exchange form.
Haven't received the jersey yet?
All of you who have not yet received the jersey (registered or not registered on the online form), will receive the jersey by mail to the address that was indicated on the exchange form or when registering at L'Etape Slovenia, presumably in the second half of November.
Foreign participants of L'Etape Slovenia who live outside of Slovenia
All of you who have not yet received your jersey will receive your jersey by mail to the address indicated on the exchange form or when registering at L'Etape Slovenia. Those who have applied for an exchange and already have a jersey in the wrong size, must first return it. When returning, be sure to include your information (name, surname, address), and return the jersey to the following address:

After receiving the jersey, we will send the jersey to your address in the size you specified in the jersey exchange form.
