Changing the L'Etape Slovenia jersey: important information and instructions

Thank you everyone who joined us at the premiere of L'Etape Slovenia and created an unforgettable event together with us. Also a big thank you for your patience to everyone who received a jersey in the wrong size. This is our collective bittersweet challenge to solve, ever since we realized that the sizes of the cycling jerseys did not match the sizes listed in the official jersey manufacturer Ale's chart.
A call to exchange jerseys for all those who received inappropriate sizes
In this way, we will be able to exchange jerseys for all those who received inappropriate sizes - mostly too small. We have re-aligned the size chart together with the jersey manufacturer, so please take measures of yourselves once again and order a replacement jersey in the size that matches the chart in this newsletter.
Instructions for changing the jersey
Carefully read the present instructions for changing the jersey and strictly follow everything stated. It will be possible to exchange jerseys at four locations, where it was also possible to pick up starting numbers before the event, namely:
- Hervis City Park Ljubljana,
- Hervis Kranj,
- Hervis Europark Maribor and
- Hervis Novo Mesto.
The dates and times of collection will be announced later.

Jersey Change Process - Follow all the steps below
- Complete the application form accurately: L'Etape prijavnica za menjavo dresa/L'Etape jersey swap application.
- Warning: All of you who have not received the jersey yet, please enter 0 in the "Ordered jersey size" window. (If you think the size you ordered is too small, you can exchange it for another one according to the size chart below).
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail about the successful submission of the request to the e-mail address provided in the application form for changing the jersey. If you did not receive the e-mail, please also check your unwanted e-mails: e.g.: spam, trash, unsolicited messages. If the email is nowhere in your inbox, please contact us at: info@letape.si.
- The jersey exchange form will be open from October 8 to October 15, 2022 exclusive. After this date, it will no longer be possible to claim a jersey change.
- Jersey exchange is not possible without a previously completed L'Etape jersey exchange application form.
- The replacement jersey must be in the original packaging and must still have the original tag attached. If these two conditions are not met, changing the jersey is not possible. If you may have received a jersey without a bag in your registration bag, please contact us at: info@letape.si
- Further changes of jerseys by the organizer are no longer possible.
- Collection of the new jersey will be possible at the previously mentioned locations: Hervis City Park Ljubljana, Hervis Kranj, Hervis Europark Maribor, Hervis Novo Mesto. When picking up the jerseys, you will have to return the old jersey in the original packaging and with the label and present an ID.
- Pick-up at the selected Hervis branch will only be possible on a specific day and at a specific time, which will be communicated in time.
- Foreigners will receive their new correct-sized jersey by post when the organizer receives the old jersey in the original packaging and with a label to the address:

Jersey size chart
Carefully study the measurements provided by the jersey manufacturer in the tables below. Recommendation: if your jerseys were too small, order a larger size. Due to smaller numbers, it is possible to order up to size 6XL for men and 2XL for women.
Important notice from the manufacturer:
»Please note that some of our clothing is a tight fit, so we recommend ordering at least one size up if your measurements are between two sizes. Each model has been designed to fit differently and take advantage of the characteristics of the materials used. The size can also vary according to personal preferences.«

The application form for jersey exchange should be filled out by October 15, 2022 at the latest. Exchanges are only possible for jerseys that are unused, in the original packaging and with a label.
