The premiere edition of L'Etape Slovenia by Tour de France got the video footprint.
The premiere edition of L'Etape Slovenia by Tour de France, which was cycled on 3 and 4 September 2022 with the central venue in Kranj and through places of eleven municipalities: Kranj, Šenčur, Vodice, Komenda, Medvode, Kamnik, Cerklje na Gorenjskem, Preddvor, Naklo, Radovljica and Tržič, got the video footprint.

The short video highlights the unforgettable moments of Sunday's Race and Ride which took place in sunny weather and offered a cycling experience in the spirit of Tour de France through the picturesque panorama of Gorenjska.
Some statistics
1,115 cyclists were registered for Sunday's Ride and Race, of which 687 cyclists took part at longer distance - Race (138 km) and 428 at shorter distance - Ride (70 km) from 23 countries, most from Slovenia (88%), Croatia (3%), Czech Republic (3%), Austria (2%). The participants were also from more distant countries, namely from Brazil, the United Arab Emirates, and the USA.
The race ambassador and local, our top cycling ace Matej Mohorič, encouraged the participants and offered them to ride on the leeward side. The cyclists were also encouraged by the famous Tour devil Didi - who came from Belgium just for this occasion, in addition to many fans who were more numerous at the two mountain destinations: Šenturška gora and Jamnik. As we already reported, the biggest "fan party" was in Podblica, the ambassador's hometown.
We created the cycling story together: thank you, cyclists. We thank to the host city of Kranj and Visit Kranj, to the presenting partner I Feel Slovenia and we thank to all partners for the trust.
