Recipe for Preparing Delicious Mlinotest Pasta to Indulge Your Taste Buds During Athletic Achievements:
Penne with Chicken, Zucchini, Corn, and Boiled Egg
Ingredients for 4 People:
- 400 g Mlinotest Penne Rigate
- 200 g chicken fillet
- 2 zucchinis
- 100 g cooked corn
- 4 boiled eggs
- 1 dcl cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons parmesan
- Salt, pepper, olive oil
Preparation:
- Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and sauté them in oil. Add the diced or grated zucchini and corn. Sauté for another 5 minutes and pour in the cream.
- Meanwhile, cook the penne.
- Add a bit of starchy water and the cooked penne to the sauce. Mix everything together, and if desired, add a bit of butter and parmesan.
- Serve on plates and top with sliced boiled eggs.
