This year's first gathering of L'Etape Slovenia cyclists
You are invited to the first get-together at the Velo bar in Ljubljana on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 9 a.m. Registration is mandatory.
All cyclists and cycling enthusiasts are invited to the first organized gathering as part of the preparations for L'Etape Slovenia by Tour de France at the Velo bar in Ljubljana (Ziherlova ul. 10) on Saturday, July 1, 2023, starting at 9 a.m.
Proposal for the 1st route to prepare for L'Etape Slovenia
We are starting early to catch the freshness of the morning and will use the day for morning cycling. We have prepared a special route for you, which includes climbs similar to those at the L'Etape Slovenia test in September.
The route is 75 km long with a total of 748 meters of ascent and a similar number of meters of descent: Velo bar–Ig–Turjak–Grosuplje–Škofljica–Ig–Velo bar.

How are our gatherings going?
- It is mandatory to fill out the registration form before arrival (free registration to facilitate the organization of the event).
- Start and finish at the Velo bar, starting at 9 a.m. Meeting, morning coffee, full bottle, fastened helmet - and you're already "in the saddle".
- Cycling: cycle any route or download our suggestion and ride it alone or accompanied by your cycling colleagues, new cycling acquaintances whom you will meet right at our get-together. Group rides are not organized, but take place under your own organization and at your own risk. Follow the road traffic regulations.
- Velo bar event after cycling: free massage, socializing, presentation of L'Etape Slovenia partners: sports glasses Apres, sports nutrition Vitalgo, counters and trainers Garmin and tv viewing of the 1st stage of Tour de France.
