Key information about the 3rd edition of L'Etape Slovenia by Tour de France, taking place on July 7–8, 2024, in Kranj, Slovenski trg.
For the third year in a row, the City of Kranj, in cooperation with the Kranj Tourism and Culture Board (Visit Kranj), will host the two-day recreational cycling event L'Etape Slovenia, held under the prestigious Tour de France brand. The exciting event will kick off on Saturday at 2:00 PM, when a real L'Etape Slovenia village will spring up at Slovenski trg, showcasing event partners and many other exhibitors.
Saturday: A Day of Fun and Cycling for All Generations
Socializing, entertainment, and cycling challenges for all generations (pre-registration required!):
- 2:30 PM: Start of children's cycling event, 800 m lap
- 3:30 PM: Start of the family ride on the Kranj–Brdo–Kranj route, 12.5 km
- 5:00 PM: Individual start in 30-second intervals for participants of the exciting challenge K0.0lesari na polno! with a climb up Jelenov klanec.

Sunday Cyclists' Start at 9:00 AM on Koroška Road
The highlight of the event will undoubtedly be the Sunday challenge for recreational cyclists, who will set off at 9:00 AM on an 80 km or 150 km route along closed roads. A colourful caravan of 1,200 cyclists from 28 countries will embark on a controlled cycling experience.

The Sunday race can be followed live on Planet TV from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with a live stream also available.
