November with its short days presents a challenge to most people who are active in sports. Fans of outdoor sports and daylight are particularly affected. The logistic issue of when to put recreation at daily schedule arise as the mornings are cold and foggy, the afternoons are short, and the evenings - well, if you're not a fan of the dark and use a headlamp, they're not an option at all.

These are all the reasons why many people decide to exercise at home on a trainer, such as Garmin's Tacx for example. And since we know that many of you cycle on different routes offered by different cycling platforms, we would like to inform you that we have prepared three distinctive L'Etape Slovenia routes in cooperation with the Rouvey platform.

The route of L'Etape Slovenia has been divided into three options for improving cycling shape and releasing happy hormones for well-being:
- Estate Brdo– ascent to Podblica, 14,4 km.
- Trboje–ascent to Šenturška gora, 19,4 km
- Tržič–Kranj, 16,7 km.
Training tip: the length of the trails is not too long and not very demanding, so this is also a great opportunity for anyone who is just getting to know cycling. We suggest that you start with a bit less hilly and start with a section from Tržič to Kranj.
