The website is designed for the organization of the L'Etape Slovenia by Tour de France event.

- Participant: a person who participates in the L'Etape Slovenia by Tour de France event.

DATA PROCESSING PURPOSES

- For marketing purposes (remarketing; e.g., Facebook, Google advertising, etc.).
- For segmenting users and sending further customized (individualized) messages through multi-channel communication. Different users can receive messages with different content to better inform individuals and achieve a higher level of user engagement.
- For all other purposes for which specific consent of the user or participant is given when collaborating with the operator.
Participants must provide all required registration data when registering for the L'Etape Slovenia by Tour de France event, as required by the registration process, especially:
- Name and surname: stored for user identification during registration.
- Business name and company information: stored for user identification and for issuing an invoice or pro forma invoice in case of payment by a legal entity.
- Date of birth: stored for registration in the appropriate age category.
- Email: stored for important event-related information, such as sending invoices or pro forma invoices, and other important matters related to participation in L'Etape Slovenia.
- Address, country, gender: stored for participant statistics.
- Other required information: stored for event execution.
- With the explicit permission of the user, email is also used for information purposes (L'Etape Slovenia e-news).

PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO CONTENT
The operator collects general photos and videos of participants and visitors for the purpose of distributing and publishing these photos and videos on the website and on the L'Etape Slovenia by Tour de France social media channels, as well as other promotional materials for distribution in digital and print form.
The event is organized in accordance with the guidelines of the European Union on the protection of personal data, which include:
- Right to be forgotten – participants can request the deletion of their information after the event is concluded.
- Simple access to data – participants can request a copy of their data.
- Right to know when someone has accessed the data - conference organizers undertake to notify participants of any potential data breaches.

CHANGES AND UPDATES
The owner and operator reserve the right to change the Legal Notice and Privacy Policy.
An event participant who consents to the above Legal Notice and Privacy Policy can successfully complete the event registration process.
The organizer reserves the right to change the event program at any time and can cancel it at any time without prior notice. If this occurs, the operator will do everything in its power to provide information about the changes, the reasons for the changes, or force majeure.
